Jade Valentini joined NPC Financial in 2019 and currently serves as Director of Marketing and Financial Advisor. She plays a key role in driving strategic growth, strengthening brand development, and supporting firm-wide expansion while maintaining an active client practice.
As Director of Marketing, Jade leads the execution of integrated marketing strategies across all NPC Financial locations. She works closely with firm leadership and financial representatives to support brand positioning, digital strategy, advisor marketing, recruiting initiatives, and community engagement. In her advisory role, Jade works with individuals, families, and business owners using a comprehensive planning approach that may include life and disability insurance, retirement planning, wealth management, and business planning strategies.
Operating within the regulatory framework of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and Park Avenue Securities, Jade ensures marketing initiatives remain fully compliant while helping advisors grow with consistency and integrity.
Jade is an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) and holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations and the 215 Life and Health licenses.
